Age Verification Policy

When you create an account or place an order with us, you'll be asked to confirm you are 18 or over. By doing so, you're making a legal declaration — providing false information to purchase age-restricted products is an offence, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where we have reason to believe this declaration isn't accurate.

As an additional check, our couriers may operate a Challenge 25 policy at the point of delivery — if the person accepting the parcel appears to be under 25, they may be asked to provide valid photo ID (such as a passport, UK driving licence, or a recognised proof-of-age card) showing they are 18 or over before the parcel is handed over.

If valid ID can't be provided at the point of delivery, the courier may refuse to leave the parcel and it will be returned to us. Please make sure someone 18 or over, carrying valid ID, is available to receive age-restricted deliveries.

If we have reasonable grounds to doubt an order meets our age requirements — at checkout, before dispatch, or at the point of delivery — we may cancel the order and issue a full refund rather than proceed with the sale.

Selling age-restricted vaping products to anyone under 18 is illegal under UK law, and it's something we take seriously regardless of the legal requirement — these products aren't intended for minors, full stop. Age checks protect young people and keep us operating within the law, and we'd rather lose a sale than get this wrong.
