Do I need to sign up separately for the rewards programme?
No — Zombucks are built into every account. If you've got a Zombie Vapes account, you're already in the programme.
When do I receive points for an order?
As soon as your order is confirmed as paid, the points appear in your balance — no waiting period.
What happens to my points if my order is cancelled or refunded?
Any points earned on that order are removed, and if you redeemed points against it, those are automatically returned to your balance.
How do I redeem my Zombucks?
At checkout, if you're logged in and have a balance, you'll see a slider letting you apply Zombucks in £1 steps — the discount is applied to your total before payment.
Is there a minimum spend to redeem points?
No minimum — you can redeem any amount you've earned, in £1 increments, as long as it doesn't take the order below £0.
Do Zombucks expire?
No — your balance is yours for as long as your account exists.
